Meet Natalie Thurman, vocational brewer with Trace Brewing in Pittsburgh, on Modern Brews and Beats episode 190 (hat tip to Aadam Soorma). A registered nurse, Thurman decided to take her homebrewing to another level through Trace’s paid 6-month Vocational Brewing program. She completed the program in December 2023 and became their sixth ‘graduate’. You’ll hear what she enjoyed most about the program and what she’s planning next.
