Brendan Smith, brewer and producer of Hangover Free Reviews with The Brewing Sailor, joins us on episode 187. The interview was recorded at The Bearded Monk in Denton, TX.

Brendan shares how he discovered homebrewing after his time in the U.S. Navy then continued his education at Eastfield College (now Dallas College Eastfield Campus). Before long, he began working for Franconia Brewing Company in McKinney, TX and 4 Elements Brewing (now C&G Brewing) in Dallas, TX. Then in December 2021, one event happened that could have ended everything for him. Instead, he started a new creative output to share non-alcoholic beer options to the beer community through YouTube and Instagram.
