Truffle Shuffle is a 15% whiskey barrel-aged stout. It’s a thick, roasty, chocolatey, whiskey filled treat brewed exclusively for the taproom. It’s grain bill includes 8 different roasted/chocolate malts. We added molasses and dark brown sugar to bump up the abv. It has been aging in four different whiskey barrels for seven months. While the base of Truffle Shuffle is amazing on its own, we created three different variants as well:

Variant 1: Peanut Butter and Marshmallow
Variant 2: Vanilla and Coffee
Variant 3: Banana Split

When we say limited, we mean it. Each of the four varieties are limited to just 100 cans that were packaged. Each can is $16. There is a one can variant max per person.

We will have one to two kegs of each brew on tap starting at 12pm if you’d like to try them in a flight.

We’re also tapping these tasty brews we’ve been saving up in the cellar.
