Celebrate a bountiful summer harvest with a Vegetarian Beer Dinner!
Journey through five courses of flavorful food prepared by Chef Josh Rangel, Sous Chef Parker Gordon, and the Funky team. Head Brewer Michael Harper and Certified Cicerone Collin Zreet will discuss the beers and why they were paired with each course.
– Watermelon goat cheese & fennel salad
– Chilled cucumber soup, with yogurt, cilantro, and lime
– Beet tartare with a truffle cream
– Summer squash pasta with ricotta cheese, zucchini, corn, cherry tomatoes and fresh basil
– Apricot tart with pistachio short crust, spiced ice cream, white chocolate, and honey
Each course includes a 10-oz beer pairing. Non-alcoholic ticket options also available. Ticket prices include 20% gratuity.
