Oak Highlands Brewery is hosting a fun ribs cook-off competition on Saturday, November 4th starting at 2pm! Have you always wanted to enter your ribs into a competition to have it judged by local experts? This is your time to shine! To make it convenient for everyone you can bring your rib racks from home in your cooler or cambro (No Smoker Set Up Needed), everyone who enters will draw a random number to determine cut times. You will be asked to cut a certain number of ribs for the judges table. It will be a blind judging so no favoritism is possible! 100% of the entry fees will be distributed as cash prizes for the Top 3. Plus every team will win a prize for entering! Rules will be posted soon. Once your $25 ticket is purchased you will be contacted with all the details you need!
