We teamed up with our friends at False Idol Brewing to create a pretty rad West Coast IPA! Made with a blend of carefully selected hops including Simcoe, Mosaic, Galaxy, and Chinook, this beer delivers a juicy, danky flavor profile that leaves you wanting more! We used a special yeast strain from Berkeley Yeast that adds an extra layer of complexity, resulting in pronounced notes of ripe pineapple throughout the beer. We are absolutely loving this beer!
