Bye Bye Summer Beer Dinner at On Rotation

We’re tired of this heat so we’re (hopefully) sending summer off with a beer dinner celebrating one of our favorite styles of beer, the saison. Enjoy 4 courses & 4 delicious new brews, guided by our brewmaster Dan & Chef Mike.
Summer is saison season, and we embraced the hotter weather to stack our tap list with a few this year. We’ve designed a menu with our Dan & Chef Mike to showcase the many facets & complementary flavors that a saison can offer alongside some beautiful summer flavors.
FIRST COURSE
Roasted chicken and apple sausages with spicy apple and raisin chutney
Paired with On Rotation Rye’t As Rain Rye Saison
SECOND COURSE
Baby greens with fresh watermelon, almonds, pickled red onion, and goat cheese tossed in aged balsamic vinaigrette
Paired with On Rotation Dassault Rafale (Dry Hopped Saison)
THIRD COURSE
Pan-seared scallops with wilted spinach, shiitake mushrooms, and vanilla bean-roasted corn cream sauce
Paired with On Rotation Peachy Queen (Belgian Saison with Peach)
DESSERT
Lemon custard and blackberry tart with hazelnut whipped cream
Paired with On Rotation Lemmon Avenue Bramble (Lemmon & Blackberry Sour Ale)
We’ll be hosting this dinner in our “Moss Room” just off the main entrance so we can all be nice and cozy.
