After a summer hiatus, we’re back with a conversation with winemaker and brewer, Stephen Dollar. He’s currently the head brewer for Point Remove Brewing Company in Morrilton, Arkansas.

Dollar takes us from his first experiences in winemaking at Arkansas Tech University to how he connected with Lee Green to brew at Point Remove. He also explains why he believes he could make better wine now due to his time in beer.
